I use a laptop at work and we need to access HTTPS sites regularly. We also use MSN Messenger for intra-office communications. I have Win2000 Service Pack 4. I have IE 6.0 SP1. I an up-to-date with critical updates and check Windows Updates regularly.

On an intermittent basis, I can't view any of these discussion groups. Message says, "Sorry, page can not be displayed, try again later." I know thre's nothing wrong with Internet connection because another PC works fine. Sometimes by logging out and back in to .NET passport ...

When I tried to print a page from web page (e.g., MSN), my printer did not respond. When I clicked "Print Preview", I see only grey background. No picture nor text.

Every time I want to use internet explorer, I got this message "can not find server-Microsoft internet explorer", the page can not be display- I follow all the instruccion , like refresh etc. , but none is working. Somebody can help me, I will apprecciate, Thanks.

I was having cookies problems as well as some other problems so I reformatted and reinstalled Windows XP. Despite this, I still cannot access my Hotmail account because of cookies being unabled. This is not true. I have Allowed All Cookies under Internet

When I try to access Internet Options in IE 6, it reports that 'due to restrictions on my computer this operation has been cancelled. Please check with your system adminstrator'. However, I am logged on as the computer administrator.

Recently pop-up windows have been opening at the bottom right edge of the screen, almost out of view. Larger pop-ups do not open at all, just the window bar (I have to manually expand the window to view). Can someone tell me how to change how the browser opens and positions pop-up
