If I type a URL or an IP number
my IE6 it says it cannot find it.
But if I click on a favorite, I
can get to any URL in my favorites.

Every time i click on internet explorer it gives me a
message saying that the program is not responding. then it
asks me wether i what to SEND or DON'T SEND the problem on
to microsoft. I have already tried to reinstal IE and do a
IE6 overwrites anything I try to type in to the address bar15 Jan 2005 19:05 GMT10
When I try to type anything into the IE6 address bar it is overwritten within
a couple of seconds with whatever was previously there.  Does anyone have any
ideas?  All service packs are up-to-date on a clean machine.

I am trying to install  Windows update Explorer 6 on Service Pack 1 on
Windows ME
I am getting the following error message
Setup was unable to install all the components.  Please close all

I notice, that all my favorites, were changed for the old one I mean the
first favorites I have before, when I tried to change Nescape browser for IE,
as a default. How can I fix this? Thanks.

After accepting all of the flagged programs identified by the MS Antispyware
Beta program, my IE stopped working.  
The error message is "The procedrue entry point InternetGetConnectedState
could not be located in the dynamic link Library Wininet.dll."

Problem: i cant use internet explorer  it just comes up invalid website
doesnt matter wot site i try view ...... i can still play games online and
use  gamespy and a few other browserapps but my ie is shot i tried dwnloading

In Tools:Internet Options, Security Tab, I have a zone titled Your Computer
that is not mentioned in any Microsoft documentation that I have read. On
this computer, Trusted Zones Sites button is grayed out, but I can add them
in Your Computer.
