Each time I try to login Ebay or Barclays Bank I get the "The page cannot be displayed" message, I have done adware , search&destroy and others a number of times, I have checked setting to allow activex etc but still have the same problem.

I'm running XP Professional and after installing Service Pack 2 I cannot get any popups. I've disabled the popup blocker, disabled all addins, turned off MS firewall. It makes no difference when I put the URL in allowed area.

I just recently started at a new job. Many times I click on a link or type in a web address, the internet optimizer page shows up. Very frustrating! I've tried to uninstiall it through Add/Remove Programs. I have XP. How do I get rid of the optimizer?

When I try to right click on a link (open in new window) or (click on link that opens a new window) : Window opens and then nothing. No internet activity - no error message? If I (Stop) and then either (Refresh) or (Go) - the page is loads ok. ????

I have a situation where I'm trying to support a remote user with an IE 6.0 application. Remote Scripting (MS Virtual Machine) is not running, and I believe it is because the user has LOTS of Browser add-ons, helpers, toolbars, ActiveX controls, etc.
