MARKS NEXT TO THE NAMES MATCH THE TOOLBARS AS YOU WANT TO PLACE THEM UNDER

Whenever i save any pic now, from internet explorer, it
always saves as a bitmap file. Even if the pics r jpeg
format, how can this be changed, there is no option to
