Since New Years day I have not been able to open the Microsoft home page
(www.microsoft.com) or

I have a problem where I try to save an image and it can only be saved as a
bitmap.
Clearing the temporary files and reloading the browser clears the problem
but only temporarily. The problem comes back right away, like within an hour.

I am running 98se, IE v:6.0.2800.1106 with update versions; SP1; Q837009;
Q313829; Q816506; Q889293. I also run Spybot S & D, Adware, Norton
Anti-Virus, and Gator and I am on a network of 2 computers, the second

I have an IFRAME whose source is some XML file.
When i open another IFRAME on top of that IFRAME, there is lot of
flickering on the screen while i move the IFRAME or i enter some text

I can get on intenet explorer, but sometimes when I am browsing and I hit the
back but I get "the page cannot be displayed" and at the bottom of the page
it says "cannot find server".  I can hit back twice and it will go back to
the opening page and I have to start all over.

Sometimes when I'm reading text on web pages, I notice that there are
question marks where a certain other symbol clearly should be.  Sometimes it
should be a comma, other times an apostrophe, and so on.  Anyway, is this a
problem with IE?  Regardless, is there a fix for it?  ...
