Smooth scrolling or lack of...19 Feb 2005 21:47 GMT1
Sorry if this a repost, and I accept it's not the most burning of issues, but
I can't get pages in IE6 to scroll smoothly no matter what boxes I check and
it's driving me nuts. I have tried all combinations of 'enable smooth
scrolling' and 'enable page transitions' to no avail.

I have a website that looks fine using IE6 running on Windows XP and Windows
2003 Server.
The very same website renders incorrectly in IE6 on Windows 2000 (and also
Mozilla under Win2000).

The subject prompt (Do you wish to move or copy files from this zone?) has

Bookmark Organizers--3rd Party?19 Feb 2005 18:28 GMT5
I use Moz and find that it is difficult to organize my nearly 3500 bmrks.
I'm familiar with the folders, dran and drop, etc. My bmrks are somewhat
organized, but it's increasingly difficult to continue this. I've only used
IE a bit, but don't think it offers anything better. What ...

We have a PC (XP Pro SP1) used by all the family, each logging on via their
own user account.
Under Internet Options, I've enabled Content Advisor to give users access to
nominated sites only, and supervisor password access to others.

IE automatically closes windows in taskbar19 Feb 2005 16:49 GMT1
I just ran into this problem after downloading Adobe yesterday. IE will not
allow me to have more than one window open in the taskbar, and will
automatically close the first window if I try to open a second one. For
example, if I click on a link in my email, rather than open in a ...
html and style sheet code cause infinite loop19 Feb 2005 16:23 GMT1
The html and style code, included below, seem to cause ie6 to loop
endlessly. Eliminating any 1 line in the style block or removing an <a>
tag in the body section will make it work. Am I overlooking an error in
the code? Does anyone else have this problem with this code?

IE not able to open UNSECURE websites.19 Feb 2005 16:23 GMT6

alphabetizing favorites19 Feb 2005 15:39 GMT5
Does anybody know why I don't get the "Sort by Name" option when I right
click on one of my links in the Favorites window?  I'm trying to get
everything alphabetized and the menu that comes up when I right click isn't
giving me that option.
