I am having a problem when I mistype a URL in the adress field.
Usually msn seach recommended me the respective url. "Were you looking for
..." or something.
Now the search does not work anymore. Insted I get the connect to window.

How can I move all of my favorites to my new pc?

What causes Runtime Errors and how can I prevent them? I started receiving
Runtime Errors today while using Internet Explorer.

My explorer shuts down when I try to access certain sites, especially on line

very small about 4 hours ago.  A similar change occurred on a banking site

On occaison, I will clear my IE history via tools>internet options>clear
history and the history is not actually removed.  
I have to go to C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\History
and manually delete the history items.
