I am having a problem when I mistype a URL in the adress field. Usually msn seach recommended me the respective url. "Were you looking for ..." or something. Now the search does not work anymore. Insted I get the connect to window.

My explorer shuts down when I try to access certain sites, especially on line trainig sites that I had no problems accessing before. As soon as I type in the website and enter, IE shuts down. Please help.

On occaison, I will clear my IE history via tools>internet options>clear history and the history is not actually removed. I have to go to C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\History and manually delete the history items.

Every time I try to access to any website I get the following: c:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm The hosts file is OK. Cookies, and temp files deleted.

My internet connection is working fine. I can log on AOL and yahoo msgr buy ie wont load. The window comes up but nothing loads, it just stays blank and wont work. Do i need to reinstall it and if so how.
