I use IE6 with Outlook express and Windows XP SP2. The first time I click a link in an e-mail message it takes IE6 several seconds to launch properly and start downloading the appropriate window - it used to happen immediately. It then works fine until I log out again.

I copied all my favorites from one computer to another but noticed that when I tried to do a Tools->Synchronize, none of the copied favorites had any sync. info - they all showed the "Make available offline" option when I right mouse clicked on them.

I've been using IE 6.0 SP2 for many months without glitches. A couple of days ago, I got a "Toolbar is corrupted. Press OK to uninstall" message at the usual place where I used to enter URL for specific website. Any idea as to how this can be fixed?
