Since about 2 weeks ago, I've been having a problem with IE6(6.0.2900). When I click an url which opens in a new window, it shows without the address bar. It's ok when I open a window as a first one or move to a url in a same

when i try to click on a link that opens the page in a new window (only) this new window freeze, the page doesnt load. That doesnt make IE crash. I have already tried to repair IE.. no success. I have IE 6.0.19 and XP SP2.. Thank you for your help.

I have a question for all of those out there. Why is it, that in Internet Explorer under XP, that if I don't use certain favorites often enough, that they go into that hidden menu. Is there a way - besides clicking on every single link - to make them all stay expanded? I want to ...

Whenever I try to save an image to my hard drive from a webpage, the jpg format is not available, only the bmp. I followed the instructions in the help file, but there are no changeable options under the properties of the image to switch to jpg. Does anyone have any ideas?

Suddenly had a problem where I could not save any web pages at all, tried disabling norton internet protection which I recently installled, tried restoring security settings to defaults but it still will not let me save any web pages. please help...

I am however able to open a new IE window. However the one that I WAS using closes. Only allowing me to have only ONE IE window open at a time. I dont know why or how? I have IE 6 and no added tool bar clutter of any kind.(ie yahoo tool bar) I have all my programs upto date. I do ...

I used Registry Healer and on completion I was asked if I wanted to Compact the Registry. I declined because I have extensive spare space on my hard drive and mainly because I did not understand the merits of such an action.

When i installed some software, i was advised that IE6 sp-1 had to be installed. I OKed the installation then it required a re-boot, i did so but when i tried to continue installing the software i would again get a message that i had to re-boot to continue.

I've encountered a problem that I can not find any information on or have never seen before. When I type in an web address in the address bar (www.yahoo.com) and hit enter, I notice on the bottom left of the screen the IE tries to open www.www.yahoo.com.net
