A client of ours is attempting to fill out an online report/form on our
intranet site.  When user hits the submit button it brings up the mail client
(Outlook) login.  Is there a setting in IE6 or Outlook/Outlook Express that

I am running IE 6 SP2 on my Compaq Presario R3240US notebook on Windows XP.  
Every so often my notebook becomes unresponsive, and requires a hard boot.  I
noticed in task manager that IE is using 99% of the CPU.  What could be
