I am running Windows XP-SP2 and Internet Explorer 6. I have discovered that I cannot access certain web pages from my ISP(freeserve.co.uk) Home Page. Freeserve say that my browser settings need adjustment.

I'm using a lan connection and internet explorer will not surf the internet, outlook will not send or retrieve mails. The websites give me a good response with the ping command. Using a modem want help .

Simple Question I think ? What do set in IE to provide an automatic Pop Up box that then reminds me to shut down the dial up connection to my ISP ? i.e. disconnect the phone, when I sutdown IE.

I just recently ran into this. Everytime I try to open a new browser window it just opens in the existing window. I can't open a new window. Is there a setting somewhere or is it a deeper problem? Help would be appreciated.

what is happening with yahoo mail? Yesterday all of a sudden yahoo mail won't let me send mail showing "error on page" in bottom left hand corner. No matter what i do to security settings still wont work. No when i get home a day later the same prob.
