Is this problem an Internet Explorer thing?
A friend has WIN 98 SE
Pentium 3 processor.
191 MB RAM

Okay, so I click on IE and it starts to load up and then says:
Internet Explorer cannot download //http:sympatico.msn.ca
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site.  The requested

Ok, this might seem like a dumb user question but I honistly havn't delt with
Desktop support in years.  How can you export or print the History out of
IE6?  I need to be able to preserve a users internet usage history so they
can be fired because of it.

When i goto a website and it wants to open a new window, ie will use the
original window to dispay that site.  So I lose my back button capability and
that old website in case i wanted to go back to it.

How to Stop AutoOpening of XLS (Of2003) inside IE

If I am connected to the network IE comes up real slow.  However if I
disconnect my machine from the network, it goes into offline mode and IE

No changes have been made to internet security settings. Was ok before could
go back and see page visited.
Now unable to see page, press back and says page cannot be displayed.
Checked setting a million times and there is nothing that stands out.
