My Internet Explorer launches on boot up and I get
"http://www.c/PROGRA~1/AQUATI~1/AQ3HEL~1.EXE" in the address window.  I get
an error message that it can't find this page.

lately, i have found some strange links that "highlight" with a underlined
colored word.
when you move the cursor to the "highlight" underlined colored word which
indicates with "sponsored link" in the corner of the lower status bar.
