In the address bar, right next to http:// is a little image.  It is the same
one that appears when Windows does not know what to open a program with.  
It's rather annoying having to stare at that at every website.  Any help on
how to get rid of it?

Somthing took over my IE 6.  The start page is hijacked.  I tried Adware se,
ms Antispyware, hijack.exe, cwshreder, mcaffee virus scan, regedit to reset
the registry and start page.  But a minute later it is hijacked again.  Any
other free ware out there to try?  There must be some ...

IE 6 is regularly hanging on me. Is there anything to check to see what is
going on?  This has gotten ridiculous. It has been happening with the last
couple of updates. I don't see a specific pattern of when it hangs.  I do
have numerous windows open all the time.

I'm excited about the upcoming version of Internet Explorer.
Other rival browsers might have many appealing features such as tabbed
browsing, a download manager, etc. but I just can't quit MS IE.
I have tried Firefox (1.0.3),  Netscape (7.2), the two main competitors

In recent times, there have been some printing problems related to the
borders and white space, when printing out WEB pages.
I normally set the borders to 0.5" all around. In times past, this was fine,
and the complete page would print, with my designated header and footer

Had a major Trojan problem. I did a major clean up and a few scans for
spyscum with Lavasoft and VirusScans. Now whenever I reboot I get these 2

How can I go about creating a custom 404 page? This is just a client
workstation for thbis scenerio. For example, if a user hits
www.microsoft.com and the site is down or not reachable, I want to default
to my custom 404 page. Is this a registry change?

When my computer boots up the browser launches. I have checked for viruses
and adware computer is clean as far as I can tell. Any suggestions. Doesnt
launch anything goofy just launches browser as soon as it boot up. thanks

When I try to print from IE6 the header prints only one line of the website
and then the footer. Most of the paper is left blank. The margins are
correct. I cannot figure this out.
