Out of nowhere my wifes machine cannot access any secure server. I do not see any reaon for this. I have run adware, spybot, and microsofts antispyware program and it has not helped. Also I cannot access the windows update site.

I am having problem to open a link of HP web-site from my home computer which has Windows XP-SP2 and IE 6.0 but same web-site does open from another PC which has Windows-2000 and IE 6.0 I tried with following things but couldn't get success

I am on WINS 2000 and IE-6. The animated GIFs came out on the page are never smooth showing and kind of blinking from 1 frame to the other and so on. I still can see it but kind of annoying. Anyone advise would be appreciated.
