Is there a way to open up IE in Kiosk mode and only give users the options to close IE after they are done? Kiosk Mode out of the box gives users all these options which doesn't really make it secure...

One of our users has received 2 .htm files in Outlook that can't be opened. When he double-clicks on them, Internet Explorer opens but all you see is an X in a square. I can't open them on my PC either. I have Internet Explorer Version

I was trying to create a CD distributive html presentation with client-side javescript only. First test (so far from my harddrive folder) showed that IE 6 restricts such htm files from running ANY script.

With the new-ish hotmail.co.uk addresses, an MSN or similar signature is added to the end of emails. I haven't found a way to disable this - is there one? Also, has anybody found an email client that can handle new Hotmail

when i receive messages with attachments and forward them, my friends receive only the initial text with an empty text file attached. I checked in the options but could only find the opposite option to disable the attachment forwarding. How can i enable it or is this by default ...

On some sites, I see a small rectangle box that says "This page cannot be displayed" , side by side with other images & text. Right clicking on the box, & then Properties, I see the box's URL as: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/pagerror.gif

1.Similar to KB article:812935 for TIFF, I have noticed IE giving error messages: " Internet Explorer cannot download xxx.TIF from server. and Connection to Server reset". Is it a known issue? 2.

The browser is not showing any pictures on any sites... I removed all cookies etc... and deleted all files from temp folder. the "show pictures" box is still checked in "Tools"... what to try next?
