I am still unable to access my yahoo email account via internet explorer 6.  
I am using the most current IE as of 4/29/05, and have tried numerous things
posted in this forum as well as microsoft's knowledge base, with no answer to

When I open a page in IE, advertising links are created on some words where
original page does not have a link. Looks like I have loaded some "add-on"
that creates these links. If I refresh a page links are gone but they are

This problem just started over the weekend, that I noticed.
(Nothing new added or changed on my system.)
I have XP SP1 and both AOL 7 and AOL 9 Optimized using cable broadband.

I cannot fugure out how URLs do get in that list which drops down when I
click on thjat little triangle on the right-side of the address line. Some
are sitting there persistenty though I visited them onece time ago. The
other do not show up there at all.

When I  (Save As) on a pic and the save picture box pos up, it only alowes me
to save it as a bitmap. It doesn't give me the choice to save it as e.g jpeg.
Is this normal? or is there anything I can do.

Since we all heard about a new version of MSIE, why not move one step
forward and have everybody agree? No more browser war, no more headaches
when designing web pages, no more bug workarounds differences, no

I am at a total loss.  We have had no problems for almost a year, now
