I have IE 6 with SP2.  Every few minutes a new window opens with an ad.
I've run Ad-aware, Spybot, and Spyware Doctor, and AVG, but it still
happens.
Can anyone help me out?

I want it dead. No matter what I do in Security it still pops up and makes a
noise. This is the message:

I am the only person that uses my computer and after doing a search to delete
temporary files, I went to IE, clicked on Tools and then clicked on Internet

I think I got virus or spyware.
Everytime I started IE, it went to "about:blank" page. The page
displayed a search page with links to Viagra, gambling, party pokeretc.
I can change my home page, but if I started IE again, it went to this

I am trying to access a FTP and there is popup screen coming up and asking me
to put in a name and password. When I do this it will not accept the correct

Any time I go to delete my Temporary Internet files using Tools/Internet
Options/Delete Files, IE will freeze up and I have to use Task Manager to end

Hi gurus
I Installed windows 2000 on my computer from scratch, I then went to install
IE6 on my computer but I keep getting this message:
"Setup was unable to download the required components. Please make sure you

I am running IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158 on a WinXP
professional sp2 computer.  It will lose the internet connection periodically
and the only way i've found to re-establish it is to reboot.  There doesn't
seem to be any particular event that causes this.  ...
