Each time I open a window in IE6 and then open a window, within
a window (hope that makes sense), if I shut the 2nd window, or something

Everytime a new window pops up it seems to be a different size.  How do I

I was trying to download and then  save to my hard drive a pdf manual that

around 141 pages.  I seem to get as far as downloading it but when I try to
save it then I get a message something like Server disconnection timed out.

I have WINXP sp2 with IE6 and multiple users on my home PC.
My problem is that I try to shut down explorer which appears to close ok,
however if you look in task manager iexplore.exe is still running, if I use
task manager to stop the application it stops then restarts itself,

IE?  If I don't reboot at least every 2 to 3 hours all I get is this same
