I turned on my new Dell Desktop yesterday and for some reason part of my IE
is missing; such as; File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help and also the
address bar and my search toolsbars, MSN, Yahoo.  The only thing showing is

I can't visit dell.com or discovercard.com, but another computer on the same

When I save a web page to my harddisk I always use the "Web Archive, single
file (*.mht)" option. But the default is "Web Page, complete (*.htm,*.html)"
that produces an HTM-file and a subfolder with several files referenced by
the HTM-file.
