My operation system is Windows XP Professional SP2 using Internet Explorer 6.0.
For all those who are like me and have not been able to find a solution to
the "Page cannot be displayed" and "server not found or DNS error" when

Is there a Policy\Explorer registry valuename which would disable history?  
I do not want websites which I visit to ever show up in history.  Clearing
history and setting the history value to zero is inconsistent.  Sites still
seem to show up in the Today list.

I think it is related to the use of CSS in my page, but
not sure.  I resize my page to tall, but as narrow as
