I have to force it to close.  Nothing ever appears in the window.  It

I have a client that is running 2000 Pro with sp4 installed with all
updates. Also we are using IE6 with all updates.
The problem is printing from a web page, now it will print using the icon on

Yesterday (22 May) after install of waiting updates - my wireless
internet/broadband connection ceased working - I have had to resort to my
dial up connection which is working with no problem.  Having hunted around I
have found in my System Support folder the following:

Seems like the IE6 team was too lazy..
They have NO IDEA what PNG support will do to transform the internet... yet
they were too lazy to make it work with their "untabbed" browser... Thank
god firefox make them wake up a bit....

I am using IE 6 SP1 with ALL the latest updates witha fully updated XP Home
SP2. I just started having this problem today for no reason. Whenever i try
to download a file of any type (aka right click... save as...) the download
window pops up and doesnt even get to the part where ...

I am using ie6.  For some reason I can no longer see the progress bar at the
bottom of the page when it is loading.
I used to be able to see it but now I cannot.  How can I fix this?

I have to expand attachments that have been forwarded multiple times.
Example: If a jpeg was forwarded 3 times, I have to click on the item 3 times
before I can view the jpeg. Basically expanding the contents going backwards
until you view what the original person sent.

I'm using Inernet Explorer 6.0. On web pages with text and in some ASP pages
I am working on, the browser automatically hyperlinks certain words; for
example Match and Date. What causes this and can it be turned off?

IE does not seem to process java script from one website www.smsc.ca -
everything else shows OK but not the nav buttons. Another (XP Home) machine
