Hi,
It seems that sometimes when I visit certain webpages at a website my IE
window will automatically close.  This has happened to me at different
websites.  Overall the website and my browser works fine, but when I click on

Something changed recently with my IE behavior.  Everything in IE works
fine, but when I am running another program that has a hyperlink to a
webpage (such as my bid sniping software has a hyperlink to their

 When I visited any forum in IE and opened a page the page would go blank. I
had to use Firefox to get anywhere. As a matter of fact I'm using Firefox
now, because IE will go blank on me. Also in IE when I clicked on a link I'd

My father is having problems with his hotmail e-mail account.  He is older,
frustrated, and not very computer savvy so I told him I would find out what
is happening and let him know how to fix it (He is in IL and I am in FL, so
it is a little difficult).
