Each time I shut down Internet Explorer it creates an error report. I click on details and the report always mentions shdocvw.dll I'm using Windows XP Pro with SP2. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this please.

How does one remove a Google toolbar/address bar in I.E. ? This person may have inadvertently added it when he signed up for gmail. But with a regular address bar in I.E., he doesn't need the additional Google one taking up space at the top of the screen.

I am new to this group. I experience frequent hanging at shutdown. "Windows is shutting down" appears and stays. Sometimes for hours.. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I am using IE 6.0.28. Thank you very much

I am experiencing a problem with accessing my netscape.net mail. I go to the site enter my user/pass info and then I see the URL info flipping back and forth endlessly. Any clues what's going on? It doesn't appear to be a hijack either as I used the CDWshredder.
