I have a user that like to do banking on-line. She has some information stored in her IE browser that she doesn't want to have saved. I thought deleting cookies would clear this up but that is not doing it. Any suggestions?

I keep getting this error when I try and access my works secure site. Used to be able too? The support page suggests a fix - Q831167 but I already have it and SP1. When I try and download Q831167 it says I must have SP1 loaded....but I DO !
