You have an existing browser page (I.E.) open.  You go to open another page,
and the new page replaces the existing one.  I know there is a setting, but I

Windows ME installed and she had AOL ver 7.0 installed with IE5.5 and she
could no longer browse the web but she could do some of the other features

Two instances of a problem to share:
1)I have a web page that I go to from a link in my network, and if I
have something open in another window, it always opens in that window
instead of in a new one.

I have been having trouble with IE.  I can go to a link and open it and it
opens.  But, if I close the site and  try to open it again it won't open.  I
just get a box that flashes and that is it.  If I go and refresh it though,
it will open right up.  Any suggestions?  Thank you!
