I am building a system to be used as a kiosk - lots of public unsupervised
access, and only one function desired.  I want to restrict the use of
Internet Explorer to just two sites, but can't find how to do this anywhere.

I no longer have a general tab in internet options under the tools heading,
i.e.
Tools/Internet Options/General.
What can I do?

Under the option "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" what's considered
a local address? How is this determined? Does it go by IP subnet range? Does
anyone know exactly how this logic works?

When i save a webpage to desktop it saves the files and the actual page. ( i
have windows xp).
if i delete the webpage files folder (which i never use and would actually
like to stop them saving as well) the web page deletes itself as well.

In some web sites I am unable to view pictures and/or advertisments.  Instead
there will be a box with either and red X in the upper lefthand corner and it

History the correct way, I un-checked all the auto-complete fields and
