Under the option "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" what's considered
a local address? How is this determined? Does it go by IP subnet range? Does
anyone know exactly how this logic works?

When i save a webpage to desktop it saves the files and the actual page. ( i
have windows xp).
if i delete the webpage files folder (which i never use and would actually
like to stop them saving as well) the web page deletes itself as well.

Here is my problem.  
I can not clear out www.kbb.com from IE.  It is not bookmarked, I clear the
History the correct way, I un-checked all the auto-complete fields and
everything like that.

I am having strange issues with my IE 6.
Whenever I try to type into a field (eg. Search box, form fields), it will

I've got an issue on a few machines.  When we go to various websites, it's
displaying pages that have since been changed but isn't updating on these
machines.  They're also telling me that the certificate for the page is
outdated (which has since been updated for the next year) ...
