None of this information cracked the problem for me. There is another clue,
however:  If I log into the same machine as a different user, IE6 works just
fine.
Does this help?

I'm not completely sure how this happened but, I am getting these items when
I launch IE.
First screen:
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to

i need to go to IE options and change and press ok (without any change)
and this works only sometimes and not on multiple windows...

Whenever I view a webpage containing a HyperText Transfer Protocol fil

Just started getting this problem.  Often, but not always, when requesting to
open a link in a new window by right-clicking the link and clicking "Open in
New Window", the window will open, I see activity on the telephone
connection, and then IE crashes with the standard crash ...

 The top frame is disappearing in IE6.0.
The Frame implementation are correct.
When I click a link at the bottom frame, setting the anchor tag
target="_self", it brings the page appropriately.

I can not type "ý" char or other turkish chars in ie. How can i fix it? When
i push the "ý " button it types "1". or in Ý it types "0". If you tell me
how can i solve it i ll be too glad...

I have Google Toolbar installed and McAfee Viruscan. I was trying to hide
the McAfee icon by right-clicking the toolbar and unticking that
item...Google disappeared.  If I untick Google then McAfee
disappears.....weird.

I ran Norton Anti-Virus today to do a virus check.  After if it was
completed (and no viruses were found), IE6 will not work properly.  I get a
Page Not Found Error, and this occurs for all web pages.  I've got SP2
installed along with all the regular updates that are recommended ...

When I am using IE explorer, or any other browser for that matter, some of my
graphics don't come up on the page that I'm browsing.  However if I were to
browse the same page on another computer at the same time, those same
graphics do appear on the 2nd computer.  I've cleared ...

Whenever I set cnn.com as my default home page and startup Internet Explorer,
a 4-week old version of their site loads.  However, if I type in their http
address, the correct current cnn web page loads.  Any ideas???
