I'm having problems with IE on two different computers.  I am running Windows

internet policy once  day when a user's browser is first open. Similar
to when a user loges into a machine they receive a security notice.

I keep getting run time errors when loading web sites. It don't happen on all
web sites. I have tried to follow the instructions to disable IE in the
regedit files and then reload but I can't seem to get that to work either.
