I am running Microsoft Windows XP version 5.1 SP2 and Internet Explorer v6.0.

left idle for about 10-15sec the flashing curser disappears.  I have to
manually use my mouse and relocate the flashing curser back to the original

I have someone that's having a difficult time accessing
certain websites.  Sometimes he can access the site and
sometimes he can't. Also, he's not able to access certain
