I get to see MANY systems that have been infected with spyware. It's usually a 50/50 shot at removing this stuff with the current utilities out there (Ad-Aware, Spybot, MS AntiSpyware, etc.) My usual method of removing the stuff involves booting into Safe Mode,

I have someone that's having a difficult time accessing certain websites. Sometimes he can access the site and sometimes he can't. Also, he's not able to access certain sites at all. What can I do or check to fix this problem?
