Recently My internet explorer 6.0 cannot show any png file, all the png files in any website or local drive will show a little red x. I tried all the methods I can find, but no one can work. I can use software like Paint to show the png file in my computer.

I am having problems opening web pages using ie6. If I clear my cache and clear cookies and temp folders then it seems to work for about 10 pages then it grinds to a halt. The only way that I can get the pages to open is to constantly refresh and even this doesnt work all the time.

When I do searches on the state or city I live in I get strange results. IE indicates I've searched on MFDGF instead of my state name. When I set up accounts (like windows messenger) my name shows up as MFEMF. What's causing this?

I have 2 computers; both have identical "internet options" settings, as well as all other settings. Computer A downloads fine. Computer B gives me the "cannot access site" page when attempting a download from an FTP site. Spyware and viruses are clean. What am I missing?
