I know this is a simple solution. When i am surfing the web, when ever i right click and click on open in new browser, it closes the other one i just had opened. This is very frustrating.

After normally closing IE 6.0, it continues to run in the background. This is noticed by extremely slow operation of other programs. Through task manager, it shows iexplore.exe in use and using approximately 97% of system resources.
