I'm having a weird problem displaying graphics from the web site of
the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
When I try to display certain types of pages I get a message box which
says that IE cannot display the page until I install Quicktime. That

What caused the crash is somewhat humorous, but the fact of the matter is
that IE crashed. I visited https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/, did an Advanced
Search, and told the page to load all of Mozilla's open bugs. I then

Has anyone else noticed a change in the way Internet Explorer handles spaces
in URLs today?
Previously, IE would convert spaces to %20, however today this doesn't seem
to be happening.

Tried to open specific websites and  ie 6 browser automatically close
(gap.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepbublic.com). They are all the sam
company.  All other sites work fine. I've cleared my cache,tem
files,history, etc.  My Norton/Symantec is updated w/recent full syste

switched to DSL today, Yahoo.com & MSN.com has huge fonts
and content is 2 or 3 screens wide!  changing font size does
not correct.
Some other sites are perfect!  Don't know anything else to try!

i wrote an asp.net page which contains 4 frames.
in each frame i load some html (with javaScript)
while in js onLoad i call some methods.
the IE is loading the JS and the frames a-synchronic.
Unable to reinstall Netlink 6.014 Jul 2005 22:09 GMT1
After wiping my harddisk clean and reinstalling, I find I am unable to
reinstall Netlink 6.0.  I receive a message informing me the system has
detected a later version of Netlink and setup cannot continue.  A search of
my system shows no version of Netlink.  Help!

  This is really weird , one of our workstations can not log into a
particular website which is www.freetradezone.com . It will show error
messenge like "can not show pages" as if web site is dead or internet is not
connected. But its IE6 can browse other web pages without problem. ...

After wiping my hard disk clean and reinstalling XP, I find I can't reinstall
Internet Explorer 6.  "Setup has detected a newer version of Internet
Explorer already installed on this system."  Setup cannot proceed.  I did a

The prograqm won't let me in without a password(which I don't remember).  It
is bouncing all email to that address. I went to forgot password and they
were kin enough to email the password to program I czan't get into.

Id like to think I have a comparable knowledge of how this works, but here
goes.
I cannot access any webpages that are NOT in my favorites folder. I disabled
my norton firewall, checked all settings, even did a restore to yesterday

I have googled the newsgroups, etc. and there is a bug in ie6 that doesn't
show an image.  In my case I have a bunch of bullet gifs.  If I right click
on one of them and click 'Show Picture', they all light up.  Is there a js,
css or something that can simulate the 'Show Picture'?

Any body seen this:  I typed www.microsoft.com and I was directed to
http://www.www.microsoft.com.org/, I have been experiencing very slow IE 6,
Sp2, 30 sec. to open a page!!!
any ideas?  scanned my system with ad-ware and microsoft new beta?? and

When I open Windows Explorer, it always opens with small windown and I have
to click the zoom icon to get a full display.  How can I get it to always
open with full size window?
