Why on certain web sites do I get lots of squares with a "X" at the top left corner of each? And, second, if I get an ActiveX bar at the top of the screen that doesn't permit me to open a particular item, how can I circumnavigate the block?

This just happened recently...but right-clicking (where it always used to bring up a very useful menu) no longer appears for my IE. I am using IE6, sp2 with WinXP. Right-clicking to bring up menus with other applications (such as Outlook)

Going to TOOLS> INTERNET OPTIONS> ADVANCE Tab, I am unable to change the settings. The "Restore Default" button is grayed out as well. What's happening? I am logged in as Administrator too. MarkC

I'm getting a pretty weird scenario unfolding in a web application where I work. I wonder if anyone can help me out? Theres a portal application with multiple "child" applications, with the child application served from several different web servers.

At times while surfing sites, I get bumped of IE and have to log in again. Closing internal windows, or even clicking the back button does it. Has anyone encountered this before. All scans show normal. System restore indicates no changes.
