I have a family member who was complaining of not being able to type anything in the search bar. When I checked the search bar I found that Comet Cursor had hijacked the IEX search. I used Spy Sweeper to clean out Comet Cursor, but now there is no search capability in IEX.

I posted this query with this title yesterday, and it had a reply, but I now can't find it on the boards. IE is crashing. Report error says I need IE update for SP2. Update downloads, but won't install, ' setup can't copy file branches.inf'.
