I have just installed windows XPpro upgrade. The Save target As function is no longer working for either the administrator or user. I've done a search here and could only come up with content advisor but this doesn't seem to be the problem.

When I open a favorites folder, I find that some automatic alphabetization has taken place. (In other words, most of them are listed in alphabetical order.) Is there any way I can turn this "feature" off? I'd like the items to be listed in the order I put them in the folder.

I'm sorry, but here is the real question. I can do a complete uninstall of xp, reinstall so there is nothing the same, go to a website and they know i am a returning computer. do the do it through my IP address, or sometheing on my computer?

A poster in another NG commented they liked Netscape better than Thunderbird and this was my response. Perhaps someone here could answer my reload question. I thought Thunderbird WAS Netscape.

This is a wierd problem Im having on my Winxp machine. I have Internet Explorer 6 installed. Whenever I type in an address into the address bar, i get a message that the address cannot be found and to make sure that the path is correct.
