Hi, I have developed a web site for our company which uses frames.
The main content displays within the main frame. The content page is created
using tables which use the 100% width value.
Problem:

When I view pages in Explorer, like Yahoo, and Ebay, I frequently have to
scroll left to right to see the whole page.
How do I change a setting so that I can view a whole page without having to
scroll back and forth?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a popup and online/banner ad
blocker that actually works and does not interfere with everything else ?

When I go to a website and enter my login for the first time (username and
