If I want to download from IE the "File download" window "Getting File Info"
opens. There is no possibility to chose anything else than "cancel". Then it

Our user settings have been set up as OPEN IN IE and we have links set up for
EXCEL workbooks.  We need to find a way to open the application and not be in
IE.  Any suggestions, other than setting everyones IE options.
