"Page can't be displayed" - (on Netscape and Foxfire too)18 Aug 2005 18:07 GMT7
I've tried removing cookies and the usual easy stuff. It happens on
secure sites as well as things like Hotmail and Yahoo email (I guess
those are secure also). I figured if I installed another browser, it
would be an quick fix, but it continues to do it. Suggestions? Thanks

Is there a way in explorer to remove the dropdown choices that automatically
appear in web page text boxes when you start typing a text string?  These
choices appear to be related to previous information entered into these or
other text boxes.

If a page has an empty <title/> tag with an XHTML DOCTYPE declaration, the
page does not render under IE6 (6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.050301-1526). An example

I am trying to print the page http://www.chesscafe.com/geurt/geurt.htm. When
I do this the chess diagrams at the bottom of the page are cut off. This
didn't happen in IE5. Is there some setting I can use to force the picture to
the next page?

we have a machine running XP Pro that needs an installation of Outlook 98 ,
I have installed Outlook 98 Ok and it works fine.
My problem arises using IE6 SP2 in trying to install the Net Folders Add in.
Normally I would Select Add Rem Progs, Outlook , Change/Remove, Add New

I have Service Pack 2.  
When I double click on my IE icon nothing happens.  I have to go into
internet properties, delete all temporary files (off line as well), and then
re-try to start IE; This is the only way that I can get IE to open up.

I print a web page in IE 6.0 and the right margin is getting cut off.
It doesn't print on a second page, it just doesn't print at all.
Have tried:
1)  File, Page Setup, Left and Right Margins set to 0.25.  That helps

I have a really strange problem with the following web site

regedit to edit  the 'typed URls' registry keys. My question is where is the
alphabetical list of previously visited urls stored that come up when you
start to type a a previously viewed url in the address bar ...

I'm running IE version 6 with SP2. I keep getting a pop up window on the task
bar saying: "USB Device Not Recognized, One of the USB devices attached to
this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. For
