Can anyone tell why on earth IE suddenly sorts all my Favorites alphabeticly w/o me doing anything. AND why a System Restore does not correct this. I spend ages getting the right sort order, and now all is messed up AGAIN!!!! I hate those MS people. Can't their programs

I am trying to deny all surfing except to one site (a search site for a local library). If I disable dns and put the search sites ip in hosts file, users still can surf using direct ip-addresses. Any solutions to deny this?
