I've recently installed the beta from ms.com and now I really have to
uninstall it and revert back to IE6!
I've tried add/remove programs but it only reinstalls IE7 again.
I've also tried running the IE6 setup again, but it says that a newer

I'm a complete amateur to computers, yet I have a problem.  I'm trying to
clear my history of addresses.   I'm able to delete almost everything but
there is one address that continues to remain and I would like it deleted.  
I'm not sure how to do it.   I've run spyware software.  ...

I just installed IE7 beta. When I go to windows update, it will stop at
"checking for new update" part. I am just wondering if anyone else have this
kind of problem while testing.

Recently, IE6 has begun showing images at a lower quality. If I mouse over
the image, a tool tip tells me I can press "Shift+R" to view the image at a
higher quality. IE6 didn't do this to me until a few weeks ago.

Hi,  I'm trying to stop the warnings when changing from secure to insecure
site, or that contain both.
I clicked on tools internet options and then the advanced tab and strolling
to the section on security the box is uncheck when you want to be warned.

I need to access an informational site that I usually can but now when I
attempt to login to the secure area I keep getting this message Your
"Cookies" Settings On Your Browser May Be Disabled
To obtain access into the Restricted site, you must Enable Cookies.

I have Win95, IE55 and in some web pages, when I try to open a link inside
that web page, a transparent window called Microsoft Internet Explorer
appears and nothing happens. I have to close that window so that I can
continue working.

I just upgraded from IE 5.5 to 6.0. The customizable "Links Bar"
doesn't show up in the new version. There is only a small clickable
"Links" button to the right side of the Address Bar. Is there a way to
get this back? Clicking on View/Toolbars/Links only turns the "Links"
