This is by far, the weirdest computer problem I have ever had... My internet connection works splendidly, but after about 5 minutes, I can't pull ANY websites up... nothing! I reboot my computer... everything works fine for about 5 minutes.... then.... not so fine.

All of the sudden I tried accessing IE and I am getting a runtime error! and I cannot access IE. I have not installed or downloaded any recent programs or changed anything secruity wise. Any ideas on why this happened and what I can do to fix it besides restoring Windows XP?
