2 issues -

I know its unusual but I have my reasons.  I have set up a IIS server on port

working using telnet and also with firefox.  That would suffice but It is

the word address is all that shows up on the address bar. the area where you
would type in a url is missing. if i deselect address bar and then select it
again it appears

This is by far, the weirdest computer problem I have ever had...
My internet connection works splendidly, but after about 5 minutes, I can't

Using Windows ME with IE 6.0 SP1 has always worked fine for me.  But since
several days, I cannot access any secured web sites begining with https://
protocol.  Every other sites with normal http protocol is working just fine.

All of the sudden I tried accessing IE and I am getting a runtime error! and
I cannot access IE.  I have not installed or downloaded any recent programs
or changed anything secruity wise.  Any ideas on why this happened and what I
can do to fix it besides restoring Windows XP?
