When I click a link to a powerpoint file, IE always open the file in its own
window instead of starting powerpoint to open the file.  This is not
desirable.  I like IE to start the powerpoint program in a separate window.

Current behavior - When IE opens, it pulls the proxy.pac file, and if
the .pac file is available on the server, everything works fine.

I have several dozen old passwords to websites I used to visit.  They are
