Can anyone please help.  I have got a really frustrating problem, that seems
to have started out of the blue.
Often when there are links in a page, such as a search engine, I rather
right click and "open in New Window" so I still have the original result

Hello. I'm running Windows SP Pro. Recently, I started getting error messages
at times when I closed down my MS Internet Explorer version 6.0.2800. The
message always reads as follows:
"dde server window: iexplore.exe - application error"

How do you go about creating plugins for IE? I understand it's all about
creating some ActiveX dll. Does anyone have an example?

I notice that I cannot longer drag & drop a web link which executes a
javascript function any longer. Currently  using IE

I am having a problem with IE 6 showing a small blue border around any
graphic that is used as a link.  The border shows when I click the links.  Is

Internet Options -> General -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings
"Check for newer versions of stored pages" has the following options:
- Every visit to the page
- Every time you start Internet Explorer

I saved a web page in single file .mht format.  The web page generated a
name with a pound-sign in it and I accepted it.  Then IE6 gave me.  "The
page you are looking for might have been removed or had its name changed."
I removed the pound-sign and the page displayed perfectly.  ...
