First time in this NG, so here goes.
I'm configuring a new Dell laptop.  Software updates, registrations,
etc. have all gone well, but the following has now happened twice, and
I'm stumped.

I have IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2.050301-1519 on Windows XP Service Pack 2.  
Not too long ago, Internet Explorer cannot open web pages on my computer.  I
can open them with Windows Explorer. Web page short-cuts on my desktop cannot
open as well.  The Start > Run cannot open web ...

hi,  in the compose box in OE there is an 'undo action' button.  is there a
way to undo the last action in other places in OE or in internet explorer
please?

I am writing an AJAX type application and experiencing an AV in IE.
This reproduces consistently. There must be some kind of exception
handler because the program doesn't crash. Is this normal? Can anybody
shed some light on what might be happening? The debug output is below.

"Sorry! Content Advisor will not let you see this site." It needs a
supervisor password - I NEVER HAD A PASSWORD. Anybody know anyway around

So, I have this user, whose browser is stuck in full screen mode.
I say stuck...only because no matter what I do, it returns to full screen.
1) F11 works just fine, takes the browser out of full screen, then I can
maximize it.

I have XPsp1 ugraded to sp2. My IE scripting is messed up. I tried to instaal
spriptengine 5.6 which doesn't succeed because jscript.dll won't register

My IE6 program was recently corrupted/damaged by Verizon ISP internet access
software.  The software tried to customize IE6 for Verizon.  Something went
wrong and I am now unable to use IE6.. all I get is a Blank white page.  I've

have used "tools/clear history" and delete files & delete cookies.
