Spaces in URL not converted to %2009 Sep 2005 16:54 GMT3
I'm using Windows XP with IE 6 SP2. When I hover my mouse over a URL
with spaces in, the spaces are not converted to %20 with the result
that I get a "page cannot be displayed" error message when I click on
the URL. Is there some DDE, IE or registry setting that I need to set

I am not getting the web pages to display properly.
I need to know what settings to change to resolve this issue.

Well the thing i dont get is that out of no where my IE windows that i have
open just close out of no where. As far as i know Im using IE 6.0 ....i also
been using another broser now and that never happens to the other one. But
the funny thing is that there's no pop message ...

There seems to be something blocking IE.  I can view local sites, but if I
try to view any external sites, it fails saying page can not be found - DNS
Error.

I have a client that isn't able to open more than one website at a time in
IE. Dell told her there was a registry change that needed to be made. Any

for instance when a site install ActiveX i don't see icon that has blue
shield with questionmark and no option to install it at all, on the same
