I'm using Windows XP with IE 6 SP2. When I hover my mouse over a URL with spaces in, the spaces are not converted to %20 with the result that I get a "page cannot be displayed" error message when I click on the URL. Is there some DDE, IE or registry setting that I need to set

Well the thing i dont get is that out of no where my IE windows that i have open just close out of no where. As far as i know Im using IE 6.0 ....i also been using another broser now and that never happens to the other one. But the funny thing is that there's no pop message ...

There seems to be something blocking IE. I can view local sites, but if I try to view any external sites, it fails saying page can not be found - DNS Error. The strange thing though is that if I open any folder in Windows Explorer,

My system is showing me I have version 5.1(Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519: Service Pack 2). I downloaded IE6 but a window opened and said I was already running a newer version. What gives? I am not very 'puter literate, so please be kind.
