I have a version of IE6 on my home desktop that has the tabbed browsing feature. I want this feature on my laptop but have had no luck searching the MS site to find any upgrade etc. to give me this feature. Any idea how to get it?

I signed up for AIM and now my homepage is aol.com. When I go to tools and select Internet Options and then general, the change home page dialogue box is frozen and I can't put in my original homepage. Is there any way to fix this? Please advise!
