When surfing I am getting a runtime error which invites me to choose whether
to debug or not. The error is identifiied as being on line 224.
Whether I debug or not, the pages still open just fine.
Can anyone help with this problem that has become an annoying nuisance?

All the toolbars in IE are in the same line.  I would like them to be on
different lines.  They used to be in different lines, but I must have
accidently changed something.  They will not drag back.  And I cannot find
the option to unlock the toolbars.  View-toolbars does not ...

Using IE 6, Can't view source ( Either right click view source or
Menu-View/View source).  Tried KB, Notepad is in %WinDir% , Deleted temporary
