In what directory is the History stored on a computer?

The explorer window unexpectedly resizes itself and alternates continually
between normal size and full screen size. This occurs in IE6 and Firefox, and
occassionally in a windows explorer page. The only way to stop the effect to
to keep tapping the esc key until it stops.

Is there a way to set the default setting for the IE6 address bar to list
URLs from the top down.  Sometimes mine lists from top down and sometimes
from bottom up.  I would like to have it list top down by default.

I was trying to reach a url today that I had no trouble reaching yesterday,
and friends had no trouble reaching it today, either.
However, today all I see is a capital H in the left hand corner of the
screen.  If I refresh the screen, the H gets smaller.  

right now, I have my Firefox at the highest security settings (disabled
JavaScript & no Java) and my Opera at medium security settings (enabled

Is there a way to force I.E. to forget Username / Password info that's
already stored.  I had saved username / password for the www.routerlogin.net 
site and later changed it. Now I can't remember what I changed it to and I
can no longer access my routers configuration page.

It appears that the download of the Authenticode SDK is missing or gone.
Anyone have any info or come across this?

I cannot download ANY activex controls on ANY website, including Dell or
Microsoft. I get the standard:
"Your security settings do not allow Web sites to use ActiveX controls
installed on your computer."

Is there a way to keep some cookies but delete others? I know you can do it
cookie by cookie  but I was hoping there was some procedure like the pop up
blockers "trusted sites". It would make my life easier.

One of the column items in  "My MSN" (CTV News) regularly comes up with an
old news item. It will correctly produce today's news then if I reopen IE
again the old news item will be there. I have tried deleting all sorts with
no luck. It appears randomly - very annoying. Any ideas ...

I have a customer who has somehow turned off the referring url (the
referring url is being sent as being blank) in his IE 6 browser and I am
unable to find where he needs to go to turn it back on.  Can anyone

everytime i add a new folder to my favorites it appears at the end of the
list when i open favorites
it seems like these folders should open in Alpha order as i have a ton of
folders
