One of my customers is running a Windows XP service pack 2 machine,
with Internet Explorer 6 sp1 as the browser. She needs to download
multiple images off a web page at a time. She used to use 'Mass

I'm running XP Pro SP2, IE6 SP2, Office 2000 SP3.  Today, no changes I know
of from yesterday, I am unable to print from Outlook.  I get the following

SPAMMER has installed something on my system.
When I start my IE, six folders are installed at the bottom of my favorites
with 20 or so web addresses. I want to kill this installation process. If I
